SYSTEM3000

System 3000 is the industry's most advanced and cost effective single-slot library shelving system offering many benefits over traditional welded frame or wood shelving.

Some of these benefits are a narrower footprint with no overhead bracing or floor fastening, additional storage space due to single slot design, thicker shelves which prevent shelf deflection over time, hundreds of accessories to store various collections easily, and the system can grow in height over time.

Some additional benefits of System 3000 is the snap together design allows for faster installation and greater flexibility for reconfiguration, can accommodate any style or type of end panels or be installed without end panels, and can be installed with an open base. With other types of shelving, a closed base is required.

WELDED FRAME

System 1000 is your basic welded frame design. While it doesn’t have all the capabilities of System 3000 it can be free standing with no overhead bracing or floor fastening as long as the base shelf is deeper than the adjustable shelves. It also has several accessories for different types of collections such as hinged and fixed periodical shelves, divider shelves, sloped multimedia shelves, pull out reference shelves along with the standard flat shelf.

This type of shelving can also be installed quickly, reconfigured easily and can accept many different styles and types of end panels.

ESCALOOK

Escalook is MJ’s latest addition to their ever growing product line. It’s designed for displaying CD’s, DVD’s, periodicals and new books and some advantages of Escalook are:

• Easy accessibility of visual media due to the sloping nature of the shelving.
• All units are mounted on caster so they can easily be moved to different areas of the library.
• Component parts can be easily added and displayed at the ends of the ranges.

PALMIERI DURECON

Along with Palmieri’s various lines of furniture, they also manufacture both wood and wood/metal shelving. Their shelving comes standard with a flat wood end panel; however, they manufacture end panels to match each of their lines of furniture.
